Quilt of Hope

Vancouver Artists for Black Liberation

Publication · ExhibitionA collection of voices, Quilt of Hope shares the perspectives of 25 practicing artists across the Lower Mainland who have responded to the question, “What is the role of artists in dismantling anti-Black racism?” The publication asks artists to consider their role in the Black Lives Matter movement, and what art expression has to teach us about radical activism. Quilt of Hope serves as a call to action, and a renewal of our commitment to positively impact the communities we create in.
